Please follow the instructions below to allow cookies for BrightArrow:

Chrome:
1. Click on the menu (3 dots) in the upper right.
2. Click on "Settings" from the menu.
3. Click on "Privacy and Security".
4. On this page you’ll see things like "Allow all cookies" (not a good idea), "block third-party cookies in Incognito", "Block third-party cookies"... We don’t want you to change this.
5. A bit lower you should see “See all cookies and site data” and 3 “Add” buttons. Click the “Add” button next to “Sites that can always use cookies”. The pop up will already have a sample that is similar to what we want. The [*.] means all websites from whatever domain comes next.
6. Add [*.]brightarrow.com and click "Add" to save.
7. You should now see that brightarrow.com servers are allowed to add cookies even when they are embedded in another page such as PowerSchool.

Firefox:
1. Click on the menu (3 horizontal lines) in the upper right.
2. Click on "Preferences from the menu".
3. Click on "Privacy and Security".
4. Find the section for "Cookies and Site Data".
5. Click "Manage Exceptions".
*Note: you do not need the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" option for this to work.
6. On the popup you’ll see any exceptions that you already have.
Add “brightarrow.com”. You do not need a wildcard to allow any server from that domain as the exception assumes all servers from that domain.
7. Choose "Allow" to add the exception. It will add 2 versions, one for http and the other for https.
8. Click Save Changes.

Safari:
Safari doesn’t have an exception list but also doesn’t seem to block the cookie from being stored.
The security option is to block all cookies, or not. If you block all cookies, PowerSchool will not work either, so unfortunately we have to suggest either using a different browser, or allowing all cookies.

Microsoft Edge:
1. Click on the menu (3 dots) in the upper right corner.
2. Choose "Settings".
3. Choose "Cookies and site permissions".
4. Choose "Manage and delete cookies and site data".
5. There are several sections. Find the "Allow" section and click the "Add" button within that section.
6. The pop up will already have a sample that is similar to what we want. The [*.] means all websites from whatever domain comes next.
Add [*.]brightarrow.com, and click "Add" to save.
7. You should now see that brightarrow.com servers are allowed to add cookies even when they are embedded in another page such as PowerSchool.

Internet Explorer:
Microsoft has discontinued Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge is their current browser.
